Slow Roasted BBQ Ribs with BBQ Sauce



  • Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 250°.

  • Step 2

Peel the membrane off of the back of the ribs.

  • Step 3

Rinse ribs in cold water and dab dry. 

  • Step 4

Generously coat all sides of the rack with Grampa Dub’s Signature Seasoning

  • Step 5

With rib rack meat-side down, fold foil around rack to create a tight seal. Transfer to sheet pan. 

  • Step 6

Bake in pre-heated oven until tender and cooked through, about 3 hours. Remove and cool for 15 minutes. 

  • Step 7

Increase temperature to 350°.

  • Step 8

Open foil, brush BBQ Sauce on meat side of ribs. 

  • Step 9

Place rack meat-side up and return to over or grill. Bake for 10 minutes, remove and brush another layer of BBQ Sauce on meat-side only. Repeat baking and brushing with BBQ Sauce 3 more times or until desired tenderness is achieved. 

  • Step 10

Cut between the bones to separate the individual ribs. Serve immediately with extra Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
